It is a great honor to contribute to the 46th annual meeting of Japan Society for Low Temperature Medicine, which will take place in Suidobashi in this winter. It has been more than 15 years since I have been involved in low temperature medicine with my research theme on cryoablation. In cryoablation, medical insurance coverage is only for renal cell cancer. But recently, expanding of indication of cryoablation is discussing.
　“Towards the next stage in cryomedicine” is the theme of the 46th Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Low Temperature. Our goal for this meeting is to provide a forum conducive for specialists of low temperature medicine to share and exchange knowledge about recent advances and to discuss new trends and challenges.
　Transportation to Suidobashi is very convenient and there are numerous accommodation facilities in Tokyo. We hope all the participants will enjoy the lectures and session. See you soon at Suidobashi.
